I lost almost a good amount of weight since yesterday! I'm very happy with my 2.6 pound loss. I just got my period, though, so will I be bloated and stop losing weight? I don't remember how it affects me while dieting. I am remembering not to add salt to anything, ever, though. Because that causes me to bloat like a blowfish!! Hahaha :)

Fun fact: I used to weigh over 300 pounds. Isn't that crazy? That's why I'm getting serious about weight loss again-- I was pushing 270 as of yesterday and decided to change!

I usually gain about 2 lbs during TOM. It takes almost the full week to get rid of it.

Each person is different. Losing weight can change your cycle. But most women gain during that time of month. I can gain 5 pounds. But you know it's temporary and it's just something you have to deal with.

Totally right, girls. So far I am continuing to lose while having it... but I think I will skip weighing myself tomorrow just in case. Thank you both!!
