Ok back on for day # 2. So I started out really well yesterday and then when I got stuck at work and realized it was round 10pm I crashed and started to snack and I ended up getting fast food ugghhh.

I realize my biggest factor lately has been time. I have been working 12 hour days and that leads to quick unhealthy eating.

Well Rome wasn't built in a day so I am going to back up and try try again.
