I get late night munchies so bad it kills me. I try to stay in my room away from the fridge but it just doesn't work. I know that I stayed under 1800 calories yesterday but still had too many snacks.

you get the healthy snacks.. have you tried drinkin water? The kitchen is to far for me sometimes.. how bout like super low cal snacks.. i like the sugar free jello.. its 10 cals.. and it makes me happy..

healthy & snack doesn't belong together...but i try (sometimes). Water is the hardest thing for me to consume. The worse part of it all is that when I get the munchies I usually go for 2 types of food (salty & then sweet). I'm trying to hold off on those late nigt snacks its just a big obstacle.

haha i agree. last night i wanted a snack sooo bad but I had only a 100 calories left for the day. i'm letting myself eat 1800 too, but i'm also breastfeeding so if i'm starving or feeling bad i let myself eat. my new favorite snack is the jello brand now has a chocolate mousse out? i hate pudding, but this is really good to me. tastes like something that would go on top of a brownie at a restaurant and it's only 60 cals! they have a caramel brand and one other one too i think!
