[color=indigo]OK - approaching menopause I guess, and wanting to lose about 5 kilos that I've been carrying for the last 10 years or so.
I eat fairly healthily, love fruits and vegetables but my downfall is alcohol - a couple bottles beer or glasses of wine most evenings - and bread, which is my snack food of choice.
I think I eat well most of the time but I clearly eat too much and my worst time for eating is in the evenings.
Also I have a very busy job and find it hard to create time to exercise.
In fact, I'm aware of my problems and I've made the decision so joining FatSecret is for back-up.
