So today was suppose to be my weigh in but thanks to my lovely friend called the scale, I don't have a clue whether I have dropped or gain... I stood on it 4 times this morning and each time I got a different reading, 2 gains and 2 losses.

Guess its time for a new scale...

Get a basic digital scale. Don't waste money on those scales that tell you your bodyfat percentage because those are inaccurate readings.

Thanks Larrinae... I'm using a cheap scale I bought at game. Every reading was different and way out. Thanks BBO will go have a look after work and weigh in tomorrow.

ooooh thats so annoying!! mine is the same. i literally keep it on the same tile and turn it to face different sides of the room and it changes each time. at the end of the day, my holes on my belt are my best indicator.... and what they are indicating is NOT good.
