Some days I feel like eating a huge pizza covered of everything I love.....some other days I feel more motivated and trying to be strong on my diet. Nobody told me it will be easy, and for sure is not but we should never give up, there are ups and downs in everything, when comes to food can be even harder for many people but we should always try to think that tomorrow is another day to be better, stronger.
I know, it will be worth it for my health!
Happy fat releases everyone :)

I find that eating just the pizza toppings takes care of the cravings without the carb overload. With a big salad, it makes for a filling meal.

I wandered through a meeting room today after a training lunch. There were pizzas leftover and bottles of soda. It all just looked gross to me! Then I saw the people at the training and many of them were obese. It's sad that our culture makes such unhealthy food the norm! I was glad I wasn't hungry; I'd already had a big healthy salad "dressed" with cottage cheese and a few chicken slices.
