Some days I feel like eating a huge pizza covered of everything I love.....some other days I feel more motivated and trying to be strong on my diet. Nobody told me it will be easy, and for sure is not but we should never give up, there are ups and downs in everything, when comes to food can be even harder for many people but we should always try to think that tomorrow is another day to be better, stronger. I know, it will be worth it for my health! Happy fat releases everyone :)
