Ok...so it's new years and we all know that we try and get back to the dreaded resolution of losing weight. Well I am not making it a resolution because I never stick to those. What I did do however is purge my house of unhealthy treats and used some xmas money to lay the foundation for healthy options in my house. I am moving now so money is tight but I will try to find a gym with a pool once I am settled.

I just ate a healthy breakfast. Step one on getting back on track.
