It has been about a month since I journaled anything on this journey. My surgery wnet well and I really dropped to 169 lbs during the days following, but now am stable at my Goal. My plan now is to slowly resume eating solids and watch the sweets. I want to maintain my weight and add in some exercise - walking, that has been difficult in the past. Amen - Hallelujah - I feel GReat. Thank you Lord.
