Holy hell... just added 6 minutes to my aerobics, wow does that make a difference. LOL
Kinda bummed that weight didn't move much. It did go down, but not as much as it had been earlier in the week. I need to learn to accept the current day and forget the previous ones.
Doing the 18:6 again. Body prefers it over the 16:8. Even exercise isn't making me hungry, so that's good. Could be because afterwards I have MCT oil, espresso and 2 cups of water. Who knows.
