I've read the Flat Belly Diet and Belly Fat Cure. They both sound interesting and I am attempting a combination of the two. The Belly Fat Cure emphasis is placed on very limited sugar, from all sources. The Flat Belly Diet emphasis is on eating monounsaturated fat at every meal.
Both diets require normal eating with limited junk i.e., sodas, excess processed carbohidrates and processed sugars. I've tried the alcohol sugar substitutes, an all natural sugar substitute, not bad. Here we go.
