Today's meals are all worked out and even entered into FS, though it is not even time for breakfast. In fact I have pretty well worked out my menu, through until Sunday, and will set off to the supermarket as soon as it opens at eight.
Feel better in myself, now I have taken back control.

Tomorrow's menu is all planned and even added to FS already. Today went well, diet wise, with 1498 calories. Carbs 6%, Fat 63% and Protein 31%. With 22.04 grams, Net Carbs, that's almost LCHF.

We all go off-piste now and again. My weight has been going up and down by one pound or so after the past couple of weeks, but I'm determined to get back on track and, it seems, you are too :)
