Going to be a long day... Never set my alarm last night so I missed my morning workout. Have to work late tonight so my 6 mile run and 20 mins of strength training will have to be late tonight. I'll reward myself with a nice hot shower and pilates in the morning.
I bought my goal reward for my spa day! Groupon had a great deal for $25. I get a facial, 30 minute swedish massage, blow-out, and a make-up application! It was a $200 value for only $25. I just couldn't pass it up. I'm super determined/exited now.
Though I gained my 5lb I lost for my first reward (stupid Thanksgiving leftovers), I'm still getting my mani/pedi tomorrow. I have a holiday party this weekend and my toes are scary! They need some lovin'. Plus, the little reward will keep me motivated.
The scale is starting to look better. Just need to keep making smart decisions and exercising.
Treadmill, you and I have a date tonight!
