9st 11lb (1.5 on at WW) Another rubbish week, so many cakes and junk, disappointed of course but certainly not surprised! Put on a pair of knee length denim shorts I've worn this summer and oh my goodness I was like a string of sausages stuffed into them!! Bit of a wake up call. (Tho it didn't stop me from having TWO pieces of wedding cake at a reception this eve, doh!) Going to start with getting back into properly tracking, staying within my allowances - not trying to reduce at this stage because that's too much of a jump from what I have been doing - baby steps for the win!
