So I was playing around with my pictures last night and I couldn't believe the difference between last year when I first started trying to lose weight and now. It's only been 30 pounds, but I can really see the difference. I have a neck now. I was 239 last August and now I am 207.
It really made me feel so good that I can actually see the change. I beleive people when they say they can tell I'm losing weight. You know how you always question if someone can really tell or if they are just being nice.
I can't wait until I can make another before and after.
