I've recovered from the flu and ready to get back on track as of next Monday :)
My weight is +/- 109kg as I have been totally out of it for the last 3 weeks.
This week we started some home renovations so there's dust everywhere! Dust + having flu is not a good combination especially if you have sinus issues. But I'm glad its over.
I am actually hoping to weigh in at over 110kg by 2moro morning and challenge myself to lose 10kg to hit lower than 100kg.
