Let's try this again. After a week of being sick with sinusitis and home from work, I've had time to reflect on where I go from here and I've decided it is time to get serious about getting healthy again. Today is the first day I've felt human, so trying to get back to good habits. Need to get some good food in the house and make sure I have healthy choices. At least there was an apple in the frig this morning for my breakfast!

I could have sworn I commented already but maybe I forgot to hit submit because I don't see it. I am starting all over again too. Let's get healthy together! I noticed that though you are not doing LCHF like me, we do both have 1400 calories a day set. If you have been eating a lot of crap, that is probably why you got sick (along with the stress). Let's drink at least one bottle of water a day!
