Maintenance seems to be going fairly well. But man, it's difficult as shit to keep on it. "Oh, I'll just have this slice of pizza and a few beers. I'll make up for it tomorrow." It becomes easier and easier to fall into that trap. My only way forward is to insist that that those slides only happen once per week.

I agree - I think it's unrealistic to think we'll NEVER have another pizza, cheeseburger, etc. But keeping the "slides" small and infrequent is what we need to do. Hey, I'm still working on that myself!
