Hi Fatsecret. Since I weighed in with a major loss I feel my body is really changing. But for the past 7 days I have been binging a little. Nothing major just eating cookies chocolate etc. I have to learn to get away from these foods and stop the cravings that I am clearly having.. I really hope that I can weigh in in December and loose at least 5 more pounds. My goal is to be in the 150's (even if it is 159!) by December!

Any tips on binging and eating? My trigger to binge I realised is anxiety. When I am super worried and stressed out I just look to eat to make me feel better.

I hope I can get over this.
