My unofficial weight this morning is . . . 103.7kg!!!
So I have achieved my mini goal of getting back into the 103's by this morning and I am happy with that.
It's still higher than last week's weight of 103.5kg but I was expecting that after the 4 days of heavy eating.
My official weight will be taken on Saturday morning as I had planned to make today(Thursday) another low carb day and like my Tuesday was and fast tomorrow(Friday).
If all goes well, I should get into the 102's by Saturday morning(hopefully).
This weekend is going to be another food packed weekend. We are having our annual prayer at home that entails a huge feast on Sunday with lots of fried savories and rooster curry, chicken(hen) curry, mutton curry, etc.
I love how I can still enjoy these life events and still get back on the road of successful weight/fat loss :)
