I weigh exactly the same as last year at this time. Well I have until Sept 17 to technically make an improvement. I think that would be a major disappointment not having made any progress in a year. Not sure how I ended back up over here on this side of the 20's. I have all the tools to accomplish what I need - but my drive isn't there. It seems to be all or nothing for me and that's impossible. I need to get more self control and moderation. I struggle with alcohol but have finally eliminated that at work (I work in a bar) I don't have after work drinks or any during shift anymore - so I'm proud of that. Now to find other ways to enjoy my days off. Its not the calories so much that come with the alcohol its the lack of motivation once I have a night out. My gym goes to the wind and I eat badly the next day. I don't want to have to quit entirely - I want to have more control over myself. I hope this is possible and I'm not just fooling myself.
