Yesterday, as noted earlier, I skipped my strength and abs exercises. Today, I didn't. Since the t-shirt that I wanted to wear was wrinkled, I decided to throw it in the dryer while I did the work out (I'm home alone). I admit that most of my visible weight is in my stomach area as I have long fancied my beer. Of course when I'm standing or sitting, it spreads out and doesn't look as bad as it actually is. But today when I was shirtless, in the plank position, I caught a glimpse of all of my belly fat hanging in one place. It was a glorious hanging cheese ball of stretch marks. Now, I decided to add exercise into the WOE in hopes of preventing sagging skin as I know that can be a side effect of weight loss. I guess my concern is that I might not be doing enough or perhaps not taking the right steps in order to get rid of this thing. I'd rather know about it now in the early stages then find out that I've been doing the wrong thing or working the wrong area for months? Any advice? Any success stories from others who ditched the pabst can (or whatever kind you drank)?

Ditto all above...fat loss and muscle development will really be the biggest help. Hypopressive exercises will also help with internal midsection muscle tone. Misty, myself, Debra and others have used it to help "pull back" the stomach and increase stomach muscle definition.

I had the same issue after having my daughter. I couldn't get rid of the jelly belly, but them my mother advised me to always hold my stomach muscles in whenever possible, and to wear a light girdle garment to help hold my tummy in/ flat. It worked. After about 3 months, I saw a huge improvement! Now, my tummy is back to being flat and I am still in the habit of holding in my muscles whenever possible.
