good day all FS , I had a great weekend , I am doing a small amount of exercise now I am walking my Chihuahua . she is a bit overweight too so it helps us both. I have done well eating most days as I have been losing on my food plan I have combined the Fat Flush Plan and my way of eating food . I had to be real on the food part. I enjoy my wine and add it to my plan. I am hoping I continue to lose weight as I can live with the calorie counting and limiting what I eat and weigh and measure what I put in my mouth. I don't normally eat food for dinner my lunch is my dinner and I only have a slim fast shake for dinner if I am hungry. I hope you all have a great week.
