HELLUVA DAY! I am so proud of myself! :-D

After all the crap I ate this past weekend, it feels great to say I've had a GREAT day with my food. I am very proud of all the little things I passed up through the day. I passed up homemade peanut butter fudge, snack machine at lunch and drive through cause I was STARVING after work.

For breakfast: I had my grass-fed yogurt with protein powder, ground flax, almonds and blueberries.
Lunch: chicken salad made with organic free-range chicken, celery, apple, walnuts, onion, paprika, dry mustard, lite mayo (wanna make my own some time), grass-fed yogurt and grapes on 1 slice toasted organic whole grain bread.
Snacks: carrot sticks and Dale's raw trail mix (raw almonds, raw cashews, organic goji berries, organic raisins, organic coconut, organic dried cranberries, organic pumpkin seeds, organic cacao nibs)
Dinner: steamed broccoli with organic pastured butter and quinoa meatloaf (grass-fed beef).

BOOM!!

I also walked with my friend Toni after work today and even though my foot and leg tried to give me fits, I walked through it without stopping!!

Oh, and weighed myself, end of day before dinner, and am 1 water-retention pound away from my last weigh in (before I ate all the salty crap over the weekend). So tomorrow should be spot on or... *gasp* lower! HaHa!
