Never heard of that particular plan, but I have been through three months of weight loss hypnosis sessions back about 11 years ago. The sessions were about loving yourself enough to do what it takes to get healthy. They were successful I lost weight, got healthier....and finally found me...total win! If you ever get a chance to participate with a real hypnotist and not one of those group seminar scams...give it a try, it cuts right to the subconscious and speeds the lessons into better habits!

I did hypnosis to quit smoking and didn't help at all....Hey monk where you going Sunday? 

It was an impressive successful weight loss story. Hey, whatever floats your boat; she did it. She has a twin sister who did it with her who's lost 95 lbs. Good for them!

I did point out to the hygienist that it wasn't the hypnosis that killed her cravings. It was the high fat / low carb diet. She thought it was the hypnosis. LOL Sometimes we need a little magical thinking to get us where we need to go! 

If you are prone to negative self hating type thinking, anything that helps change the mindset is a good thing, sometimes we just need a nudge in the right direction. 

Fred4Win, I am leaving Fat secret. Im sick of the passive Aggressive asshats that LOVE to take little snips out of every comment i make. Im also sick of Oliver, and a few others. Ill be writing a leter for sunday. Just before I put in my Request to close the account with our absentee landlords the FS managers. Frankly, sometimes people just need a high five.
