Oh my buddha! What a weekend of food food food. I can't even enter my Sunday. It was my birthday on Friday and some other family members birthdays in the same week so we had everyone over for birthday dinner celebration. And it continued through the whole weekend. Ice cream, cakes, rich foods, too much food, etc. etc. etc. Time to buckle down and get healthy and stay healthy!
