Well, this weight loss I just posted, taken at 1:16pm, is what happens when you don't stick to ANY plan-you gain a pound or so.
I've been thinking the past few days if I should join WW or Nutrisystem or something "plannish" but...I honestly don't think it is necessary. I lost 28 pounds a couple months ago doing what I know will work-moderation and exercise-but two things got in the way: 1. I let myself get overwhelmed when dad started having mini-strokes and 2. I went overboard, too hard and fast, with the exercise. So I am sure that I am going to follow "About"'s walking plan, that way I will force myself to build stamina/strength slowwwllllyyyy. I have never tried to be moderate before because I always want big results. Well, time to try something new.
