I think the defining point in my weight loss journey now vs the past is that it feels natural to get back on the horse, so to speak.
After making quite a few mistakes this weekend, today is a fresh start. I am heading to they gym after work to stretch and exercise, and to maintain my promise to myself that I will lose weight, feel better about myself, and keep those lbs off.
I have a few days until my weigh in day, so fingers crossed that the damage is not that bad!
Here is to slow and steady progress, and hopefully a more slender me that i can be proud of.
