So, I think Im off to a pretty good start this week. I ate fairly healthy, though I did snack a bit on junk. I need to put junk food out of sight. I think that is the problem- If I see it, I want to eat it. (and there's alot of junk around right now with the holidays here!) I think I need to schedule a junk food round-up. Round-up all of the junk food that I have sitting around on my counters & in the cupboards and either toss them or give them away. That way the temptation is not even there.
