No way. If you are on a "diet". Stop weighing yourselves. I just weighed myself. It says 204 lbs. No way I've lost 8 lbs in a week. I don't believe the scales. However, I do believe my waistline. My shorts I wear around the house have become too loose for me to wear without a belt, or at least holding up when I walk around the house. Don't expect these results. But, if you want to loose some weight, I'd be glad to help you look at some ways to loose. I don't mind being a coach if you want to try to loose a few lbs. I'm not a doctor so I have to say, that I don't believe traditional medicine in their way of losing weight. My main point is don't believe the scales.
