Didn't get my morning walk yesterday but I still managed over 10000 steps and 45 flights of stairs! Diet went well. Still too high on Carbs but under my RDI. Enjoy your weekend.

Just had another thought: you could look into how much protein you should be eating. I suspect that you maybe should aim to have a little more protein, then you would find that you are naturally eating less carb food.

45 flights is over the entire day. Most is 4 flights at a time. 10K is about right. I did 4.93 miles.
