So, Im realizing how much I need lists in my life. Call me OCD, but if its not on a list, its not getting done. Same goes with my eating habits. If my food/diet isnt pre-planned, I eat like a cow!! Lately I've been pretty lax about it, therefore more junk has been going into my mouth and straight to my hips. So, I took today to get myself back in order and planned out my meals for the rest of the week. I think this will help me get back on track and be more conscious of what Im eating.
