HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!! Enjoy & a have a beautiful day!!!
BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & coffee with skim milk & s/f hazelnut syrup.
LUNCH = turkey burger (no bun) I cheated & ate 4 french fries. Not too bad of a cheat!!
SNACK = the cheating gets worse- approx 8 Doritos
DINNER = pulled pork sandwich on rye roll, salad with Balsamic vinagrette, 1 small serving of "party Potatoes"
DESSERT = 1 slice of no sugar added peach pie...YUM!!!
A pretty bad day eating wise but a lovely day with the family!!
