Weighed myself a few minutes ago and still down that pound, so I guess it's official. Yay!!
I haven't had 'dinner' yet. Had a Dale's raw protein meal replacement bat (awesomely good for you!) when I left work cause I was starving. Getting hungry again.
Gotta cook my beef stir-fry in a bit before Matt gets here, but don't know if I can make it till then! Maybe if I snack on some almonds. But quinoa pasta with the last bit of chili I have is calling my name. Eek!!
Oh! And I have to come up with a goal for the next 3-month at Swing This. Need to narrow it down. I have too many things I want to accomplish and tackling too many at once is a possible setup for failure.
