Well is not good 😢 to much pepsi and pie etc... but enough is enough! From today I started the dissociated per day diet for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks with 1200 cal per day and again with another 2 weeks dissociated diet... NO cheating.. lets see where is taking me! Lots of patience to all who are fighting with the kg! 😙
