I stayed steady. I have a feeling that these last few pounds will want to stay on especially since I am going through some stress right now looking for a job & possibly relocating my family to another city. Just trying to breathe & take one day at a time but it's hard. I ate REALLY BAD yesterday because I was starving & it's difficult to find healthy options at airports...Oh well I'll get back on track this week.
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1oz of reduced fat cheddar cheese
LUNCH = Salad greens with 1 cubed up chicken breast, 1 torn up slice of reduced fat swiss & 2T Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing.
SNACK = 16 almonds
DINNER = SBD pizza
DESSERT = low carb chocolate cheese cake

Sounds like you do have lots to think about! Wow. I have no doubt you'll get it together. Think about the wonderful opportunities you're opening yourself up to with this change. I'm excited for you, actually! Let us know how it all works out!

Yes, try to get back on track as soon possible. Try not to be too hard on yourself, just gradually come back. I find that nothing helps out a stressful period more than losing a few pounds (you could blow a fuse, otherwise). I know it's easy to say...
