help...I'm trying, I don't prepare my own foods, so I tried to make good choices accepting what I eat. Today was o.k. I need to try to balance my carbs with protein....too many carbs...just too many. Also, need to drink more water. Overall o.k. with progess...tommorrow will be my first weigh in. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed. Also need to go to register for curves, I know if I register and pay my hard earned money, I will go.

1270 kkal Lemak: 32,52g | Prot: 62,60g | Karb: 169,52g.   Makan Pagi: pepperidge farm bread, light cream, coffee. Makan Siang: Cafe Steamers Asian Inspired Sweet Sesame Chicken. Makan Malam: pasta tomato sauce, kidney beans, ground turkey, frozen mixed vegetables, salsa thick and chunky, giant tortilla chips. Camilan/Lainnya: Budweiser Light Lime Beer, kool aid singles. lagi...
