almost certain I've gained. it was uncomfortable to take & count that walk from today. lots of steps. didn't count the festival though walked nearly non-stop. opted out if the YMCA & feel good about the house. had a good day. No headache. felt anti social at lunch time, but took the time to retreat. after tomorrow I can sleep in so to speak.
