Well... this week and one more before the x-mas holidays start... I am still somewhat excited... maybe we will end up doing something, who knows!

Weight is getting back under control, there must have been something I ate to get that bloated and to pile on the few poounds in no time! lol.. I am assuming it was almonds I really eat a whole bunch one day...

I did a "new" exercise in the gym this weekend, my bf told me to... for legs and I have been in pain for the past 2 days...


It's Monday...it's busy and it's normal, before x-mas it gets nuts, so hopefully this will help to make the day go by faster.

Hey Glen, I'm glad you made the salad! I hope you liked it? I haven't made it myself in a few months... will probably re-start in the summer, I find it easy and light to eat during the summer. The junk is something many people love, including myself, but considering how bad it can be for one's health, I like to pass... and just go for it on rare occasions!
