Hi everyone, I'm back!
As I'm entering my food and exercise, I am realizing how important and helpful a diary really is. Even though I eat really healthy I think over time I forget how much is really going IN. I hope keeping up my diary will get me back on track fast.
How are you all doing? Did you all have a good summer?

Yeah those calories sneak up on you don't they? Well I am in the same boat so don't despair we will get rid of the spare. That is some bad calories counting humor. :)
