No Exercise today.
I haven't exercised basically since m;y trip to Paris in July. Travel to Europe, then travel to Scottsdale, Vegas; home to then fall in my knee and hip. No exercise, just PT. I'm allowed to ride a bike for 10 minutes, which I haven't done yet. Then I was rear ended on Thurs 10/27 by a federal express truck. So nothing again this week. I'm very frustrated and very chunky and bloated. I can see it in my face and my clothes are now tight.

I've decided to take the rest of the week off to recoup and start fresh this weekend. Friday I'm taking a 30 minute ab fusion class followed up by a massage. This weekend I'll walk.

Goal is to be 140 by my trip to Buenos Aires.
