It's been a really delightful holiday weekend. No temptation. Enjoyed eating when it's an eat day and easy to fast today - even on the 4th of July. One and a half hours of good hard yard work, now that I'm used to fasting two days a week it doesn't bother me at all to work out during the fast day. My body is accustomed to it now.

I will weigh at the end of the week, my guess is I'm up a little as I feel somewhat water weighty. It's normal for me to lose in spurts with being up 3 or 4 pounds for no reason in between. I don't panic any more. It's just my body's rhythm.
