Weight Loss - Macros Protein 97g min, Fat 73 - 170g, Cal 1139, Carbs 20 - 24 Max
Just looked these up and have not really being paying attention to them except 20g carbs. Will try to keep track of these so that I get a better idea of how LCHF works and what I can do to improve my losses.
