Weight issue... I am very bloated for the last few days, I am not sure if I started eating something that makes this happen but I feel so big and I also feel bad. 3.5 lbs increase in the last 2 days, something is really wrong. TOM is over until the next one which should be in 2-3 weeks... really weird. I skipped gym for 2 days and went back yesterday but for some reason was short of breath and had trouble doing everything as usually. I did burn 200 kcal on treadmill and worked out for 1h30 on top of that.
I might be sick or something, I am tired, bloated, headache and stomach cramps for 3 days already.... totally sucks.. I need to take care of myself and hopefully the gained weight will drop again quickly the way it came!
Damn... it's Thursday only! And I amm all done... .. . :(

you're stressed out and stress affects the digest tract. that could be the reason why you're bloated. as soon as you have a chance, take time to relax, breathe and maybe do some yoga. and of course chack if there is a new food you started to eat these last days, that could be another reason. take care!

Your muscles might be retaining water from all that working out. But you need to follow what your body is telling you. If you feel tired, rest a bit till you feel better, or just do a light workout.

Thanks all!! Much appriciated all the comments! I am exercising much more than ever before and also eating new foods and also going to bed late... and stress never leaves me alone.. so all combined... sounds pretty bad... and I guess if I look at it like that I am still doing pretty good!

When's the last time you had a break? Do you think you could have diet/workout "burnout" and just need some rest? I hope you're not sick.

Well Zero.. I have a break every second day or every third one... I am not working out extremely, I just do it frequently and on a regular basis sort of thing. I also eat all cooked and mostly veggies and very healthy food... so I am wondering what the hell lol... anyways a feel a bit better today... maybe I overdid it with eating almonds or potatoes... that might be the only key... will give myself some time and see... it's Friday anyways so the time to rest is close. :)
