Another two weeks slips by as I say goodbye forever to another kilo! I have lost a total of 18 kilograms or 40.14 pounds or 2 Stone 8 pounds. anyway you put it I wrapped in these results. It has taken me 5 months to shed this weight. I feel that this has been a great window of time. It took me so long to become a large woman...it's only reasonable to expect it to take time. Even though we would all like to wave some magic wand so that we can fit into that beautiful dress that sits in the wardrobe, or to be bikini ready for summer. I am sitting at a very comfortable size 14. I love how losing this weight has revealed my confident old self. I love love love how my body is responding to how I am treating it. All positively wonderful.
