Today will be a fast day. Breakfast around 11 AM fasting until tomorrow 11 AM. I'm feeling really good, the first time I can say I'm really enjoying a way of eating. This is simple. Not stressful. It's flexible for fitting in with life's events. Yesterday is my normal fast day but we were planning on going into town to have dinner with our daughter and son-in-law so I moved the fast to today (dinner got cancelled anyway) and still lost weight.
