Today is the big day. I'm starting derby wreck leauge.I'm curious to see if the workouts I've been doing the last few montsh will help me out any with what I am about to experiance all over again. The pain of derby practice when you first start is sooooo memorable. I can still remember the way my back muscles ached everyday for like a month till I shaped them up and the way my thigh muscles burned like they were on fire for the first couple weeks from keeping that squated derby girl stance for two straight hours. Call me crazy but I'm looking forward to this. BRING IT ON!! :)
