I'm getting better on my diet. I can't say that I've given up junk food completely but I've been watching my intake more carefully.

speaking from experience..get off the junk food and see results..

As long as you can moderate them, and make them fit your calorie goals, you can have some, just don't let them comprise most of your diet. Being a little less perfect to be overall more consistent is how I do it. Keep it up!
