BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 slice of Canadian bacon. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.

SNACK = 2 small pieces of beef jerky

LUNCH = Tarragon Almond chicken salad over a bed of greens.

SNACK = 2 s/f chewy candies

DINNER = Pesto Chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice

DESSERT = low carb chocolate cheese cake
