Still waiting for the effects of the experiment the other day to go away. Just water weight but I don't like the bits of swelling I'm getting or the hanging on of the scale. I'll stick to anything-except-pork going forward.
Food is still good. Made an 2-egg omelette last night that really was tasty with ham, broccoli and cheese. May have another sometime this week. Saturday taking my mom to the World of Chocolate Museum and then lunch. Really looking forward to spending time with her. I plan to smell the chocolate but not actually sample it.
