Just when I get my mind focused for a week of good eating, I realize its my mom's bday on Wednesday so that means no fast day and high calorie food. lol.

So today's fast day will be on track and tomorrow will be my low carb day. Not too worried about my weigh-in this Thursday but will work towards a better result next week :)
